If you are new to Reveal Gymnastics this is the class for you!
Beginners welcome!
Suitable for all children from when they start primary school until 12 years of age.
Classes include:
strength & conditioning games
stretches & mobility work
warm up & cool down
gymnastics floor skills included different variations of rolls, handstand, headstand, cartwheel, bridge kick over etc.
vaulting skills include squat/straddle on and through, dive roll and handspring.
