It combines all your favourite gymnastics skills & our unique Ninja Fitness exercises to ensure a full body workout. Participants will learn new skills while having fun getting fit and strong! Our camps contain a mixture of all our activities - whichever ones your children prefer!

This is a class for energetic children aged 3- 5 years - for those that have not started school yet. These classes will include lots of our fun ninja games and activities plus lots of listening skills and motor skills! Class includes: strength & conditioning games stretches & mobility work warm up & cool down Obstacle course training including different variations …more of rolls, jumps, wall running, cartwheel, kicks etc Children will be assessed throughout the term in hopes of passing the grading for a Ninja headband. When a child can successfully complete 13 skills from the Ninja Curriculum they will gain their first Ninja Head band. There are 7 levels of difficulty & different coloured headbands to collect! less
