If you want to become a Ninja this is the class for you! Suitable for all children from when they start primary school until 12 years of age. Class includes: strength & conditioning games stretches & mobility work warm up & cool down Obstacle course training including different variations …more of rolls, jumps, wall running, cartwheel, kicks etc Children will be assessed throughout the term in hopes of passing the grading for a Ninja headband. When a child can successfully complete 13 skills from the Ninja Curriculum they will gain their first Ninja Head band. There are 7 levels of difficulty & different coloured headbands to collect! less

It combines all your favourite gymnastics skills & our unique Ninja Fitness exercises to ensure a full body workout. Participants will learn new skills while having fun getting fit and strong! Our camps contain a mixture of all our activities - whichever ones your children prefer!
