If you want to become a Ninja this is the class for you!
Suitable for all children from when they start primary school until 12 years of age.

Class includes:
strength & conditioning games
stretches & mobility work
warm up & cool down

Obstacle course training including different variations of rolls, jumps, wall running, cartwheel, kicks etc

Children will be assessed throughout the term in hopes of passing the grading for a Ninja headband. When a child can successfully complete 13 skills from the Ninja Curriculum they will gain their first Ninja Head band. There are 7 levels of difficulty & different coloured headbands to collect!
