This is a class for energetic children aged 3- 5 years - for those that have not started school yet. These classes will include lots of our fun ninja games and activities plus lots of listening skills and motor skills! Guidelines for 3 year olds: Please read the following and make sure that Mini Ninja Class is right for your child. * Has your child completed a term of preschool? * Is your child fully toilet trained? * Is your child comfortable with taking instructions & following guidelines? * Are they happy to attend class / camp without a parent? * Are they happy to mix with other children and leaders they don't know? What happens at Mini Ninja camp?
Ninja training & gymnastics skills plus lots of fun & games
MIni Ninja's Must be fully toilet trained.
Plus:
Strength & conditioning games
Arts & crafts
Stretches & mobility work
Warm up & cool down
Water Races
Obstacle course training included different variations of rolls, jumps, wall running, cartwheel, kicks etc
Team sports such as dodgeball, soccer, rounders, basketball, rugby.
We also do lots of challenges such as team work challenges, individual strength challenges and competitions!
This camp promises to be action packed and the variety of activities ensures it will be enjoyed by all!

What to wear & bring:
