If you want to become a Ninja this is the class for you! Suitable for all children from when they start primary school until 12 years of age. Class includes: strength & conditioning games stretches & mobility work warm up & cool down Obstacle course training including different variations of rolls, jumps, wall running, cartwheel, kicks etc Children will be assessed throughout the term in hopes of passing the grading for a Ninja headband. When a child can successfully complete 13 skills from the Ninja Curriculum they will gain their first Ninja Head band. There are 7 levels of difficulty & different coloured headbands to collect!

Summer camp includes our much loved Ninja training & gymnastics skills plus lots of fun & games and a water fight if the sun comes out!

Team sports such as dodgeball, soccer, rounders, basketball, rugby.
We also do lots of challenges such as team work challenges, individual strength challenges and competitions!
This camp promises to be action packed and the variety of activities ensures it will be enjoyed by all!
What to wear & bring:
Comfy clothing: leggings or tracksuit bottoms and a T-shirt and suncream.
A packed lunch, a snack and plenty of water!
(The majority of the day will be spent outside & camps will run inline with the required Government/NPHET social distancing guidelines and advice.
Please note that under Sport Ireland advice parents/guardians will not be permitted inside the venue (in line with Covid-19 restrictions) so children must be confident to attend alone and be able to take and make verbal communication.)
