What should children wear?
Comfy clothing: leggings or tracksuit bottoms and a T-shirt and suncream. Please wear appropriate clothing suitable for running, jumping & crawling on grass, a rain coat for wet days, a cap/hat for sunny days. Please wear SPF 50+ every day.

Do the children need lunch?
Children need a small snack, a lunch and plenty of water each day. No NUTS Please!

Kilcock: We will greet all the children at the gate to the left of the main entrance to the school.

When should I arrive in the morning?
Doors open at 9.30 in the morning, we will welcome the children and place them in groups according to age and friendship, siblings being together will be accommodated as long as both parties are happy!

When should I collect my child?
Collection in the afternoon is between 2.20 & 2.30pm. Children will be standing with their coach in a designated area you dropped them off at. Please stand back to allow the children to see you, when your child tells the coach that you are there, they will allow your child to walk to you. Please be patient at this time as we want to ensure each child goes home safely.

Can I pay Cash?
Yes of course, this allows you to avoid the online booking fee. We just ask that when making payment in cash that you please have it in an envelope labelled with your child’s name and the amount enclosed, please give the correct amount on the first morning of camp. Please drop your child off before making payment.

My child has a medical condition or additional need that I would like the coach to be aware of, how can I make sure they know?
Our online booking system allows you to add this information, if you have not already added it you can log back in and add it now. Your child will have a medical bag beside their name in our online roll and all relevant staff can access this so that they are aware of your child's particular needs. This ensures everyone is informed and that there is no need to share private information at the gate!

I need to collect my child early, what should I do?
That's no problem, just arrive in good time, so that we can locate your child's group. Call 085 7574121 when you arrive to the school and a team member will get your child for you.
